Hello, I am Alexandra Sofia Cohen — an environmental science student with minors in anthropology and innovation, dedicated to species conservation and ecosystem restoration. I firmly believe that the environmental crisis of our time demands professionals who not only understand the science, but also understand the people and systems that shape our planet. My mission is to work directly in the protection of threatened habitats and species, influence environmental policy to drive systemic change, and bridge scientific research with local communities — because real conservation only happens when people work together to create lasting, just, and transformative solutions.

Why I do what I do

I believe the future of conservation lies at the intersection of rigorous science, cultural understanding, and bold innovation. I'm pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Science with minors in Anthropology and Innovation, because protecting ecosystems requires more than data — it requires understanding communities, reimagining systems, and building solutions that last.
